Terms & Conditions - Payment and Cancellations

1. Payment in Advance

Full payment is required upfront before any work, services, or project-related activities commence. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full.

2. Non - Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and project has been scheduled. This includes situations where the work or service cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond my control, including cancellations, delays, or changes made by the client or third parties.

3. Client Cancellations and Changes

If the client cancels, postpones, or changes the agreed work after payment has been made, the original payment remains non-refundable. Any rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Circumstances Beyond My Control.

If the agreed work cannot take place for reasons that are not caused by me, the payment will remain non-refundable. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking or making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
